Every deal, every case, every file: its own closed, traceable room.

It is an online space for sharing confidential documents with control over who has access. Unlike email or a shared folder, each party only enters their own room, and accesses and operations are logged.

Every file is encrypted with a key derived from the one typed by whoever uploads it, and the platform does not store it: downloading the file requires that same key. Encryption and decryption take place on our servers during upload and download, and the key is only used at that moment. File and folder names, categories, messages, notifications and logs are not encrypted with your key: they are protected by the other security measures, such as two-factor authentication, isolated rooms, lockouts after failed attempts and encrypted communications.

Because we do not store it, nobody can recover it, not even us, and the files encrypted with it cannot be opened. That is why you should keep it safe (the platform can suggest a secure passphrase) and always keep your originals.

Each room belongs to one client, who only enters their own, with their credentials and two-factor authentication (unless you turn it off for them). The room has two areas: what the client uploads and what you share with them, which is read-only for them. Their employees can have their own credentials, and you can invite colleagues in your organisation to a room without sharing passwords. If you want one room per deal or per case, create a client for each one.

No software to install: it works in the browser, for you and for your clients, on mobile too. For two-factor authentication you just need an authenticator app on your phone (for example, Google Authenticator). Only bulk download in batches needs desktop Chrome, Edge or Opera (version 86 or later); in other browsers, files are downloaded one by one.

For now, the platform interface is in Spanish, and so is the contract. Tell us in your request which language your team works in.

On servers located in the European Economic Area. We act as data processor under the GDPR, with the data processing agreement included. We use some ISO/IEC 27001 controls as a reference; we are not certified.

Those in the contract: we do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models; we notify you of any security breach affecting personal data within 48 hours of becoming aware of it; and, when the contract ends, you have at least 30 days to download your documents and export the activity log, chat and certifications. There are no switching charges; if you choose to terminate before the end of the current term, the early termination fee set in your contract applies.

It is an Extended plan feature that records the cryptographic fingerprint of your documents on a public network (Polygon or Ethereum), never their content or personal data in plain text. It is technical evidence that a document existed and has not changed since a given date, and anyone can check it with the independent verifier you export. It is not a qualified timestamp: courts freely assess its value as evidence.

Each certification costs the network fee of the operation plus a service margin, billed in euros monthly in arrears. On Polygon the network fee is very low; on Ethereum it is considerably higher and varies with network demand. Your organisation sets the policy: no certification, certify everything or choose for each operation.

50 GB for your whole organisation, on either plan. It is split equally among your rooms, and each room’s share is recalculated automatically when rooms are created or deleted or the contracted storage changes. If you need more, it can be expanded on agreed terms.

Each file can be up to 1,000 MB, provided it fits in the room’s free space, and its name up to 255 characters long (slightly fewer with accents or other special characters). For security, executables and code (.exe, .bat, .js, .php and similar), as well as hidden or configuration files, are not accepted, and uploads are scanned for viruses. Blockchain certification (Extended plan) also has hourly and daily operation limits: if they are reached, the upload or download still goes ahead, but without certification.

We commit in the contract to 99.5% monthly availability. If an incident on our side brings it below that, we provide, at your request, a secure alternative channel so that you can keep exchanging documents with your clients. Support is by email, on business days from 9:00 to 18:00 (Madrid time), with first-response targets based on priority.

Yes, whenever you want and on either plan: you download your documents (in batches too) and export the activity log, the chat with each client and your certifications, with their verifier.
